Halloween Harvest Festival in Downtown Arcadia, Oct. 27 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (First Avenue between Huntington Drive and California Street, Arcadia, CA 91006). The festival will include a pumpkin patch, Halloween stories with Santa, a magic show, giveaways, food and music.
