Strongly recommend the author to take out the current photo under the headline. Having a photo of the weed under the headline sends out a promotional message marijuana industry, be it medicinal or recreational. It’s not topic proper! Arcadia city codes strictly prohibit all marijuana commercial activities including delivery. Better think twice of doing such kind of a promotion! Arcadia Senior services, shame on you!
